Job summary

RETTEW is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects through planning, design, permitting, and delivery. You will own project scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Active PE license with PA licensure or reciprocity eligibility.
• Experience delivering water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated PM experience with scope, schedule, budget.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage drinking water and wastewater projects from planning through delivery.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for municipal and authority clients.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, permitting, and field staff.
• Develop and review plans, reports, specs, and permits.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
