Job summary

RETTEW is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead projects from concept through design, permitting, construction support, and closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while serving as a trusted partner to clients and agencies.

You'll guide multidisciplinary teams across engineering, landscape architecture, survey, and environmental disciplines, mentoring professionals and fostering client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Active Professional Landscape Architect (RLA) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Significant professional experience in land development or site design.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and project delivery.
• Experience leading land development projects through design, permitting, and construction support.
• Experience coordinating site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from proposal through closeout.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, landscape architects, designers, surveyors, environmental professionals.
• Coordinate site planning, grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Act as primary client contact with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and review plans, reports, calculations, specifications, and permit applications.
• Mentor developing professionals and support business development opportunities.
• Collaborate across RETTEW offices to bring the right resources to each project.
