Job summary

Lumos & Associates seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead a growing team of water and wastewater design professionals. A California P.E. license is required, and the role is based in our Roseville office, overseeing projects across our service area.

The ideal candidate will drive project delivery, manage budgets, and build client relationships while mentoring staff and expanding the firm’s technical focus in water and wastewater systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ABET accredited preferred).
• 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering design and related management experience.
• California P.E. license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project design team during execution in responsible charge.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and delegation to staff.
• Provide technical reviews (QA/QC) of projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead business development.
