Job summary

Lumos & Associates is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager, PE, to lead multi-discipline civil projects for municipal, agency and private clients. You will guide teams across transportation, water/wastewater, stormwater and site development, while mentoring staff and contributing to business development.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive experience, a PE license, and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects with strong budgeting and client communication

Qualifications

• Must have a Civil Engineering degree and a P.E. license.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
• Strong communication, budgeting and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver quality results.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Serve as the primary client liaison with agencies and partners.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
