Lumos & Associates is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead and expand our team in northern Nevada and California. The role is based in our Reno office and requires a Nevada P.E. license, with California licensure desirable.

You will guide design teams, manage budgets, and develop client relationships across municipal projects. The ideal candidate will balance technical leadership with business acumen, driving project delivery and growth while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering design and management experience.
• P.E. license in Nevada required; California P.E. license preferred or obtainable within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, oversee, and direct the project design team during execution.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and delegation of responsibility to staff.
• Provide technical review and QA/QC of projects.
• Serve as primary contact with clients.
• Lead business development and promote repeat/referral work.
• Prepare and review project proposals and promotional materials.
