Job summary

Lumos & Associates seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE) to lead water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and site development projects in California. You will oversee planning through construction, mentor staff, and collaborate with municipalities, developers, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer license in California.
• Minimum seven years of progressive engineering and project management experience.
• Valid CA driver license with 3 or fewer demerit points.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as primary client/agency/project partner contact.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review.
• Mentor and support early-career staff and project engineers.
• Assist with business development, including proposals and client relationship management.
