Job summary

Lumos & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Civil Engineer, Water and Wastewater, PE in Roseville, CA to lead design of water and wastewater infrastructure. You’ll supervise projects in responsible charge, mentor engineers, and shape technical direction for Northern California water practice.

The role requires strong ownership, client engagement, and the ability to manage complex projects and budgets while growing the firm’s water practice.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive water/wastewater design experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to serve in a responsible charge capacity for water/wastewater projects.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading project teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and direct the project design team during execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Lead engineering drawing production using CAD/Civil 3D.
• Prepare technical reports and cost estimates for review.
