Job summary

Lumos & Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead municipal and utility design projects from our Reno office. A Nevada P.E.

license is required; California licensure is a plus. This role emphasizes leadership, client relations, budgets, and delivery of projects such as water distribution, wastewater facilities, pumps, and master planning, with opportunities to grow the water/wastewater practice regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with emphasis on water/wastewater.
• 8+ years of related water/wastewater engineering design and management experience.
• PE license in Nevada required; CA license desirable or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the project design team in responsible charge.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Provide technical QA/QC review of projects.
• Serve as primary client contact and lead new business development.
