The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited engineering degree with a PE license, 10+ years of water/wastewater experience, and proven leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• PE license required or clearly pending.
• 10+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater.
• Experience delivering water/wastewater projects from design through construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to lead multidiscipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project(s) in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with disciplines and subconsultants to define project scope and fee.
• Develop project-specific plans and quality management plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Manage subconsultants and monitor progress against plan.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and lead progress reviews.
• Lead client communications and prepare progress reports and invoices.
• Mentor and coach project team members.
