The Water/Wastewater team seeks a seasoned Project Manager/Engineer to lead projects from design through construction, manage budgets, and mentor staff, with opportunities to advance in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Compensation ranges reflect experience.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer license.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and PM/quality plans.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead client communications and status updates.
• Oversee subconsultants and risk management; prepare WFEs and change orders.
• Support marketing activities including proposals and interviews.
