Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater construction projects from planning and preconstruction through execution, commissioning, and closeout
• Oversee construction activities associated with water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump and lift stations, pipelines, underground utilities, process piping, mechanical equipment, concrete structures, and supporting civil infrastructure
• Manage project budgets, schedules, cost controls, forecasting, procurement, and overall project performance
