L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater construction projects. You will coordinate field teams, manage schedules and budgets, and serve as the main client contact.

The ideal candidate brings a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, strong leadership, and proficiency in project software such as Procore and Excel. This on-site role offers growth within a collaborative, safety‑driven team in Central Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience.
• Strong experience in project management within water/wastewater construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with project controls, budgets, and schedules.
• Familiarity with Procore and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects focused on water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants, pipelines, and system improvements.
• Act as the main point of contact between L7 Construction, Inc. and clients, municipalities, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all phases of the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control measures, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues or delays to keep projects on track.
• Lead regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth progression.
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors as required.
• Review and approve project invoices and manage cost tracking.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project staff and teams.
