• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers on purchasing, scoping, and take-offs.
• Prepare and forward submittals, ensuring compliance.
• Support project scheduling and subcontractor detail schedules.
• Develop project plans and manage material deliveries.
• Review change proposals and negotiate with trade partners.
• Lead document management and turnover to owner.
