Clark Construction seeks a Project Engineer (Water/Wastewater) in Philadelphia, PA to oversee all technical and engineering aspects of projects. You will coordinate daily among clients, trade partners, engineers, architects, and Clark teams to ensure accuracy, resources, and quality through project lifecycles.

The role emphasizes scheduling, cost control, subcontract coordination, and documentation, with a focus on on-site execution and collaboration across stakeholders.

Formación

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years' experience as an engineer, project engineer, or similar role in construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, and general project administration.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 10 certification, Procore, Primavera P6, and general contractor experience are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Project Managers in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
• Prepare and forward submittals; ensure compliance with plans/specs.
• Support development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules.
• Lead the development of project plans and monitor material deliveries.
• Review change proposals from trade partners and negotiate as appropriate.
• Coordinate drawings with project team; draft change orders.
• Solicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers; perform cost take-offs.
• Lead project close-out; assemble manuals and warranties; prepare final payment documents.
• Develop and lead training sessions for your team and trade partners.
