Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or master’s) with expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Interest and passion for the construction industry.
• Willingness to work on-site on active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: exposure to day-to-day and long-term management of construction projects.
• Field Management: learn site logistics, ensure quality and safety on jobsites.
• Project Development: understand how we acquire work, develop strategies, and build client relationships.
• Business Operations: explore essential functions that keep the company running smoothly.
