Job summary

Aqua is seeking a Project Engineer in Boardman Township, Ohio to provide essential engineering support. The successful candidate will manage the design and execution of projects in the water and wastewater sector. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating capital projects, and obtaining permits. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required, along with the Engineer In Training (E.I.T.) credential. Preferred qualifications include a Professional Engineer license in Ohio and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in water and wastewater preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings.
• Professional Engineer license in the State of Ohio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning for assigned divisions/systems.
• Coordinate monthly capital meetings with operational personnel.
• Drive the 5-year capital plan for assigned divisions/systems.
• Responsible for obtaining necessary easements for assigned projects.
• Responsible for project lifecycle management.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills

Ability to coordinate multiple projects

Knowledge of Ten States Standards

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
