Job summary

You will partner with owners, designers, and vendors to balance cost, schedule and constructability while mentoring staff. You will manage risk, budgets, and multiple GMPs, and you will represent McCarthy in design and coordination meetings, ensuring solutions align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of estimating, design management, or field management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of water/wastewater construction principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction on large water/wastewater projects from pursuit through GMP.
• Manage budgets, schedules and risk across CMAR and Design-Build methods.
• Coordinate owners, designers, vendors and trade partners for project success.
• Present deliverables to owners and maintain internal logs and action items.
• Mentor preconstruction staff and build stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements and life-cycle cost goals.
