McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. seeks a Water Preconstruction Director to lead all preconstruction efforts on large water and wastewater projects, from pursuit through handoff to construction.

You will drive pursuit strategy, lead CMAR and Progressive Design-Build efforts, and oversee cost estimating from concept to GMP. Build relationships with owners, designers, trade partners, and vendors while mentoring staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of applicable estimating, design management and/or field management experience.
• Experience managing preconstruction for large-scale projects ($100M+).
• In-depth knowledge of water/wastewater construction principles/practices required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Networks at conferences and industry events to develop relationships with designers, owners, vendors, and partners.
• Leads preconstruction for CMAR and Progressive Design Build projects; develops GMPs and estimates.
• Prepares and oversees cost estimates at all design milestones (10% to 100%).
• Manages risk and budgets; maintains schedule and coordination across teams.
