Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Tampa, Florida, to lead projects from planning through construction.

You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical solutions for treatment facilities, pumping stations, and distribution systems. The role requires a Civil/Environmental Engineering background with 10+ years in water/wastewater projects and a Florida PE license or reciprocity eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering with project management.
• Florida PE license or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction support for water and wastewater projects.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical guidance and review calculations, reports, plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate progress and decisions.
• Support proposals, fee estimates, and business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff development.
