Job summary

STV Incorporated in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead design through construction for diverse municipal water infrastructure projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and senior staff.

You will mentor engineers, support client relationships, and contribute to business development within STV's Water Practice Group. A PE license in Florida or reciprocity is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant water and wastewater project experience.
• Florida Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
• Experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical writing and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, permitting, and construction support for water and wastewater projects.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with subconsultants.
• Provide technical guidance and review calculations, reports, and cost estimates.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate progress and decisions.
• Support proposals, fee estimates, client presentations, and business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop project staff.
