Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Tampa, FL to lead projects from planning through construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. You’ll work with clients to deliver practical, compliant solutions and support business development, staff growth, and client relationships.

The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 10+ years in water/wastewater projects, and a Florida

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant water and wastewater engineering experience, including project management.
• Florida PE license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
• Experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of water/wastewater engineering principles, design standards, and permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, permitting, and construction support for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with subConsultants to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and review engineering calculations, reports, plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate project progress and recommendations.
• Coordinate with local/state agencies to support permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor project financial performance and manage changes.
