Job summary

Inframark is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for Wastewater Operations in Georgia. You will lead a skilled maintenance team at water and wastewater facilities, driving reliability and compliance while ensuring uninterrupted service to communities.

You will plan preventive and predictive maintenance, oversee spare parts, optimize CMMS workflows, and collaborate with plant leadership to improve equipment reliability and safety. 7–10 years of experience preferred; CDL a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Experience leading teams in industrial settings.
• Experience with pumps, motors, and controls.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to achieve high performance and safety standards.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Prioritize and coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve mechanical reliability and optimize systems.
• Implement and enhance maintenance programs, including CMMS/work order systems.
• Allocate resources effectively and support training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to performance management, including evaluations and staffing recommendations.
