The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 3–5 years of field or project experience, with strong CPM scheduling, cost control, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 3–5 years of project experience in civil/industrial construction.
• Proficient with CPM scheduling and cost control.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret plans and specs.
• Maintain project schedules and two-week look-ahead planning.
• Prepare cost reports and monitor budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and submittals.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
