Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Civil Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate large-scale civil/industrial projects in the Washington, DC area. You will analyze plans, maintain CPM schedules, manage costs, and collaborate with subs and owners to meet time and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications and monitor progress.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; run two-week look-ahead.
• Provide contract interpretation and change order support.
• Control project costs and production budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractor approvals and payments.
• Ensure safety policy compliance and quality standards.
