Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a four-year college.
• 3-5 years of related construction project experience.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling (Primavera) and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications to guide project execution.
• Maintain and update project schedules with CPM tools.
• Coordinate subcontractor submissions, reports, and drawings.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and cash flow; prepare cost projections.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control on site.
