The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, along with over 10 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 plus profit sharing, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management required.
• PE credentialing is a strong plus.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities.
• Maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts and ensure project profit or loss.
