Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Civil/Industrial Project Manager to lead large wastewater, water, and utility projects. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure goals are met within time and funding constraints.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management B.S. and 3–5 years in the field. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to lead project

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 3–5 years of related field experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and reports.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress to ensure conformance to plans and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with timely look-ahead updates.
• Prepare cost, income, and cash flow projections and reports.
• Coordinate subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.
• Support change order settlements and claims with documentation.
