Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Wastewater Operator to learn and operate treatment plants across multiple local areas and travel to learn different processes. The role is designed as a 1-year program with potential progression to higher technician roles.

A state or ABC license is expected to be pursued during training. The position emphasizes learning operation of pumps, motors, sampling, and maintaining records, with shifts including nights and travel up to 50% as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to travel and learn from multiple facilities during training across the United States.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Apps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate pumps, valves, and motors to regulate water flow.
• Collect and test water samples to determine concentration levels.
• Assist with maintenance and installation of water treatment equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of client data and process parameters.
• Coordinate with Veolia’s purchasing department to order supplies as needed.
• Support in training program development and documentation.
