Paycom - ATS is seeking a Field Technician II to support water and wastewater treatment operations. The role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and accurate recordkeeping. Applicant must be willing to work overtime, on-call rotations, and pursue operator certifications within 12–18 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-3 years of experience in water/wastewater or similar industry.
• Must be able to perform sustained physical labor and heavy lifting.
• Willingness to obtain Grade I/II Wastewater certifications within set timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on water/wastewater equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pumps, valves, and conveyors.
• Install and set up new equipment and calibrations.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate maintenance with plant staff.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and modifications.
• Comply with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Assist with process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
