Inframark LLC is seeking a Tech II for field services focused on safe, high‑quality execution of work orders, asset maintenance, and responsive customer service. The role requires 2–4 years of field experience and a strong safety mindset, with CMMS proficiency.

You will perform locates, service orders, and customer appointments, using mobile apps to document results. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for technical coursework.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years relevant field experience in Field Services operations within water/wastewater/public works.
• Strong safety mindset (confined space, trenching/MOT, PPE); clean driving record.
• CMMS/mobile work order proficiency and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service orders (turn‑on/off, rereads, meter tests) within SLAs; document results.
• Investigate high/low usage, no‑reads, and tamper alarms; escalate anomalies.
• Perform utility locates/mark‑outs and customer appointments professionally.
• Use mobile apps/handhelds for work orders and inventory; maintain vehicle and tools.
• Support emergency response and after‑hours rotations as assigned.
• Work independently on routine tasks; request guidance on complex issues.
• Provide courteous customer and stakeholder communications at job sites.
