Job summary

The TOLM Group Inc. seeks a General Superintendent to lead field operations on water/wastewater construction projects.

You will direct Superintendents and Foremen, ensure safety, schedule adherence, quality, and cost control, and collaborate with VP of Construction and project leadership to optimize performance. You will manage staffing, equipment, and field resources, drive safety culture, review progress, and implement corrective actions to meet project goals while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive field construction experience in water/wastewater or related fields.
• Experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable Superintendents and Foremen across multiple projects.
• Provide overall leadership for field execution, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and cost adherence.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and field resource requirements with Superintendents and project leadership.
• Establish safety, quality, productivity, accountability, and leadership expectations across projects.
• Monitor field performance and address production issues before they impact schedule.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Provide input on budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost-to-complete evaluations.
• Develop field leadership capacity and succession planning.
