Qualifications
10+ years of experience in water/wastewater construction.
3–8+ years leading as a Superintendent or senior field leader.
Strong expertise in civil, structural, process mechanical, and electrical/I&C systems.
Deep understanding of municipal and regulatory environments.
Experience with scheduling tools and construction management systems.
Responsibilities
Lead site execution across major water/wastewater treatment facilities.
Support proposals and execution planning to help secure new work.
Grow and lead high-performing construction crews.
Partner with Project Managers to manage budgets and schedules.
Develop construction sequencing and tie-in strategies.
Champion a strong safety culture in high-risk environments.
Ensure compliance with contract and regulatory requirements.
Manage field budgets and subcontractors.
Lead commissioning and turnover to owners.
