Job summary

Crescent Constructors, Inc. seeks an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations across water, wastewater, and heavy civil construction. You will drive safe, efficient project execution, mentor field teams, and coordinate resources to meet schedules and budgets.

A proven construction leader with water/wastewater experience is essential. In this role, you will partner with Project Management to develop plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive field construction experience with leadership roles (Superintendent or General Superintendent).
• Extensive experience with water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and heavy civil infrastructure.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and subcontractors on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and field operations.
• Experience with self-perform work including concrete, underground piping, mechanicals, earthwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and oversight for water, wastewater, and heavy civil projects.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources to meet schedules.
• Develop construction plans, sequencing, and execution strategies with project teams.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and field performance to improve efficiency.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex construction challenges.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans with leadership.
• Maintain accurate planning, reporting, and project documentation.
• Support project startup, mobilization, site logistics, and closeout.
• Promote consistent field practices and safety across projects.
