Job summary

TOLM Group is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Construction Foreman to lead field crews and oversee self-perform water and wastewater construction. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of excavation, piping, concrete, and equipment installation, with non-negotiables on leadership, plans interpretation, and travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of water/wastewater construction experience.
• Foreman or field crew leadership experience.
• Direct field experience with water/wastewater facilities or similar infra.
• Experience supervising self-perform and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, submittals, specs, schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews, coordinate manpower and materials to meet production targets.
• Plan daily work, assign manpower, manage equipment and materials.
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules; monitor field progress.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence on projects.
• Travel and overnight stays at project locations as required.
