Job summary

Tolm Group is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Foreman to lead field crews and manage self-perform work across water and wastewater projects. You will coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to deliver safe, high‑quality results on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in water/wastewater construction, proven foreman leadership, and strong knowledge of excavation, piping, concrete, and equipment installation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years water/wastewater construction experience.
• Demonstrated Foreman or field crew leadership experience.
• Direct field experience with water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, underground utilities, or similar infrastructure.
• Experience supervising self-perform construction crews and subcontractors.
• Strong working knowledge of excavation, underground piping, concrete, and equipment installation.
• Able to read and interpret plans, submittals, specifications, GANTT charts, and critical-path schedules.
• Understands impact of field production on labor hours, schedule, and job cost; makes cost-conscious decisions.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, OSHA requirements, and safe work practices.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight at project locations.
• Valid driver's license; insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews and coordinate manpower and materials.
• Maintain production and ensure on-schedule, within-budget delivery.
• Read and interpret plans, submittals, specs, and schedules.
• Monitor safety and compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Travel to project locations with overnight stays as needed.
