Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Engineering Client Manager to lead client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary project delivery, and drive business growth in municipal infrastructure.

The role requires an ABET-accredited civil/environmental Engineering degree, Texas PE (or reciprocity), 5+ years in client/project management, and the ability to translate technical solutions into client value. Flexible schedule and remote work options available.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Texas PE license or reciprocity eligibility.
• 5+ years of related experience in client management and project delivery.
• Experience with Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) or local municipalities.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (TCEQ) and water/wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for water and wastewater projects, building long-term relationships with MUDs and municipalities.
• Lead project planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee preparation and review of feasibility studies, master plans, designs, and construction support documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordination with TCEQ and other agencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage client communications, change orders, proposals, and presentations to secure new business.
• Provide technical guidance and QA/QC for treatment, distribution, and conveyance systems.
• Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor project financials, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely invoicing and contract compliance.
• Represent the firm in meetings and presentations to promote services and client relations.
