Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Texas PE registration or eligible via reciprocity.
• 5+ years of client management or project management experience.
• Experience with municipal utilities or local municipalities.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater systems and applicable regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team in the Water/Wastewater Department and assign work.
• Develop and manage client relationships and lead projects from scope to delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on both small and large projects.
• Prepare proposals and statements of qualifications with business development.
• Attend utility district and agency meetings to resolve questions.
