Baxter & Woodman Inc is seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager in the Houston or Katy, TX area. You will oversee project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships for municipal water and wastewater projects.

The role requires 5+ years in project management and a Texas-registered Professional Engineer or reciprocity readiness, with strong technical and leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in project management in civil engineering.
• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Texas or eligible by reciprocity.
• Experience with water/wastewater projects and municipal context.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple water/wastewater projects with small and large teams.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules for timely delivery.
• Represent the company in client and agency meetings.
• Coach and develop staff within the department.
• Ensure design and reports meet quality objectives and agency criteria.
• Prepare proposals and qualifications in coordination with BD/marketing.
• Plan department workload and budgets.
