CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Project Manager in Houston, TX to lead infrastructure projects, build strong client relationships, and shape community outcomes across Texas. The role focuses on delivering water and wastewater treatment plant designs and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualified candidates bring a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ABET-accredited), a Texas PE or reciprocal, and 6+ years in related design work.

Competenze

• Texas P.E. registration or ability to reciprocity is required.
• 6+ years of water/wastewater plant and infrastructure design experience.

Based in Houston, TX we are one of the 2026 Zweig Best Firms to Work For! We're looking for a Wastewater Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of communities across Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.


• Ensure all technical aspects of the project, including design, specifications, and reports.


• Make decisions independently and take responsibility for project engineering solutions.


• Communicate and coordinate efforts and ideas with peers and management team.


• Lead single and multi-disciplined projects providing technical guidance and mentoring of project team members.


• Prepare and review water and wastewater treatment plant designs and water and wastewater collection infrastructure designs.


• Represent the company in client and agency meetings to resolve questions and to plan and coordinate work.

Qualifications

• An ABET-accredited B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering


• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas or can acquire registration through reciprocity.


• 6+ years of experience related to water or wastewater plant and infrastructure design.


• Operational knowledge of TCEQ, City of Houston, Harris County, and Montgomery County regulations.


• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.


• Competive Salary $110k - $160k
