Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of water/wastewater maintenance experience, including two years supervising staff.
• Level II Wastewater Collections and/or Class C Water Distribution certifications; out-of-state reciprocity evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees daily utility crew work, ensuring safe, high-quality maintenance of water and wastewater systems.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates routine and emergency field operations.
• Provides supervision, training, and performance feedback to crew members.
• Participates in installation, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater infrastructure.
