Job summary

• Must have and maintain a Class II Wastewater and Class C Water Distribution License or obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small crew in construction, maintenance, and replacement of water and sewer mains and service lines.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair failures in water and sewer mains.
• Operate equipment such as water pumps, tapping machines, sewer jetting machines, and air compressors.
• Build and adjust manholes and clean-outs; install and repair hydrants and valves.
