Job summary

Required: High school diploma or GED, two years of relevant experience, a valid Class A CDL Texas license, and TCEQ Class C Water Distribution and Collection II Wastewater licenses or higher.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in water/wastewater maintenance.
• Valid Class A CDL Texas driver’s license.
• TCEQ-issued Class C Water Distribution and Collection II Wastewater licenses or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and safety guidance to crew members.
• Answer questions and provide information to the public and customers.
• Prepare reports and participate in daily operations of the assigned section.
• Install, test, maintain and repair water or wastewater systems; operate equipment as assigned.
• Work in confined spaces, manholes, lift stations; may ascend towers or descend into vaults.
