Ramboll is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Water US, Construction Management Division to oversee design and construction of complex projects from conception to completion.

You will interpret drawings and schedules to ensure alignment with the design intent, execution plan, and budget, while developing leadership, mentoring teams, and driving project success toward on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology with 8+ years of qualifying experience, or an associate degree/technical certification with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in managing and mentoring people in construction management roles.
• Experience in client project or program management.

Aufgaben

• Manage budgets, project staff, subcontractors, task schedules, change orders and project risks.
• Ensure conformance with quality and safety guidelines.
• Proactively manage change orders and project risks in terms of deliverables and budgets.
• Maintain client contact and strategic plan implementation for water/wastewater construction projects.
• Lead the project team selection, procure subcontractors, and manage budgets/schedules.
