Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology.
• Associate's degree or technical school certification in science, math, architecture, computing, technical drafting or other relevant technical curriculum, and 4+ years of qualifying engineering experience.
• Ability to make decisions affecting the cost and performance of the work.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Municipal and State Agency experience.
• CCM, USACE CQM, CCCA, NICET certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish using standard construction techniques.
• Collaborate and evaluate design adaptations applying engineering/construction criteria.
• Direct Construction Superintendents, Project Managers, Foreman, and other staff to comply with contract documents.
• Prepare cash flow calculations from critical path schedule and schedule of values to budget total project cost and monitor progress.
