Clark Construction Group in Nashville, TN seeks an accomplished Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure top-quality project delivery. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, align with contract documents, and uphold safety and quality on site.

You will drive sequencing, logistics, and KPI tracking, mentor staff, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders. This role demands proactive problem-solving and strong leadership to meet schedule and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively across multiple audiences.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the timely and quality installation of contracted work for the project scope or trade contractors.
• Implement a culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Ensure high quality of work consistent with project and company standards.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule and key milestones to stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members to build a high performing team.
• Maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company in meetings.
