Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in W/WW facility construction or construction inspection.
• Ability to adapt to significant, unique issues and projects requiring evaluation of intangibles.
• Demonstrated independent judgment in methods and procedures for new assignments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily on-site observations to verify work is progressing per contract documents.
• Identify defects and report to Owner and Engineer; provide observations and recommendations for corrections.
• Review project schedules and contractor sequencing; coordinate activities to minimize conflicts.
• Review construction drawings, specs, and plans; participate in meetings to resolve issues.
• Review payment applications and advise on approvals or rejections.
• Maintain daily diary/field records and as-built drawings reflecting changes.
