Job summary

STV, Inc. in the Atlanta, GA area seeks a Construction Manager to support our Water/Wastewater group. The role advances the W/WW Construction Management practice, maintains client relationships, and mentors staff while balancing a healthy work-life culture.

You will review plans, monitor field conditions, and coordinate with contractors and owners to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence across projects in Georgia. This is a leadership-heavy on-site position with broad project exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater facility construction or construction inspection.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site observations of general progress to confirm work is proceeding per contract documents.
• Review project schedules and consult with Owner/Engineer on acceptability; coordinate activities to minimize conflicts.
• Review construction plans, specs and other plans affecting assigned projects; participate in meetings to resolve issues.
