Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead design and execution within the Water Practice Group. The role involves project management, client liaison, and technical oversight across potable water, wastewater and conveyance systems.

You’ll work with a team of water experts across offices (NYC, White Plains, Lawrenceville, Philadelphia) to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining QA/QC standards and safety plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another related field.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in NY/NJ/PA with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Experience in planning, design and construction of W/WW facilities and/or infrastructure.
• Experience with CAD and 3-D modeling.
• Experience with local water clients including municipalities and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large or multiple projects on time, within budget and in conformance with contract requirements.
• Provide effective project management to reduce costs and add value.
• Assist in execution of existing projects and development of new work pursuits.
• Lead project teams and coordinate design staff with internal departments.
• Oversee project designs and construction services.
• Interface with clients to understand needs and ensure expectations are met.
• Establish metrics and report on key project criteria.
• Supervise staff and conduct status review meetings.
