Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join the Water Practice Group. You will manage design, oversight, and client development for W/WW facilities across multiple sites in NY/NJ/PA, coordinating with senior staff and engineers.

The role emphasizes project leadership, budget and schedule control, and collaboration with municipal and investor-owned clients while applying hydraulics and conveyance design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer registration in NY, NJ, or PA with 8+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large/multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Provide project management and design oversight for W/WW facilities.
• Lead design staff and interface with clients and internal departments.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and staffing; ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new work.
