Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for water/wastewater treatment projects. You will lead administrative and technical aspects, coordinate contract activities, and drive project progress on site with a focus on safety and quality.

You will manage a project team, ensure permits and insurance, and engage with owners and engineers. The role requires a strong background in engineering/construction management, 5–9+ years in construction, and demonstrated leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 5–9+ years construction experience; water/wastewater preferred; DBIA/LEED a plus.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish.
• Strong negotiation abilities with owners and subs.
• Demonstrated team leadership; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• High work ethic; adaptable to fast-paced environments; aligns with Clark standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement and schedule.
• Know contracts and stakeholders; coordinate permits and subs insurance.
• Lead project meetings; supervise and develop the project team.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and maintain records.
• Develop relationships with owner and engineering counterparts; support proposals.
